Viral Script AI (operated by Nurix Hive) collects minimal technical data strictly necessary to render AI video scripts, validate payment license keys, and maintain rate limits.

• User Inputs: Video topics, formats, creator names, and vibe parameters submitted into our forms.
• Technical Telemetry: Hashed IP addresses and browser agent strings processed via Vercel KV for daily rate-limiting (3 free generations/day).
• License Validation Data: License keys and order emails verified via Lemon Squeezy API.

2. Payment Security & Merchant of Record Role

All payment transactions for the $2.99 USD Viral Pack are conducted exclusively via Lemon Squeezy acting as our Merchant of Record (MoR). Lemon Squeezy is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified and handles all sensitive payment methods, cardholder data, VAT/tax compliance, and invoicing.

3. Zero Data Sale Guarantee & AI Inferences

Nurix Hive maintains a strict zero-data-sale guarantee. We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information or video script topics to third-party advertising brokers or data scrapers.

Video topics entered into our generator are sent via encrypted HTTPS channels to Google AI inference endpoints strictly to construct real-time video hook responses.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use client-side localStorage solely to save your draft video topic and vibe selections so you do not lose your progress during payment redirects. We do not place intrusive third-party tracking cookies or cross-site tracking scripts.
