2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee Conditions

Nurix Hive is dedicated to delivering extraordinary value to creators. We provide a full, hassle-free refund within 7 calendar days from your purchase date under the following qualifying conditions:

• Verifiable Technical Defect or Key Activation Failure: The license key issued by Lemon Squeezy fails to activate or generate content on our platform, and our engineering team is unable to rectify the issue within 48 hours of notification.
• Accidental Duplicate Billing: You were inadvertently billed multiple times for a single order due to a payment processing or network delay.
• Unused Key Cancellation: You request a refund within 7 days and zero of the three (3) allowed script generations have been utilized.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks initiated for redeemed digital goods will result in immediate license key cancellation, permanent blacklisting across the Lemon Squeezy Merchant of Record network, and reporting to global payment fraud prevention registries.
