By purchasing the $2.99 USD Viral Creator Pack, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your designated payment method for the full purchase amount in accordance with Lemon Squeezy’s terms and privacy provisions.

3. Digital Products & 3-Use License Key Entitlement

• Pricing & Single Purchase: The $2.99 Viral Pack is a one-time transaction with no hidden recurring billing or surprise subscriptions.
• 3-Generation License Key Feature: Each validly purchased license key entitles the purchaser to three (3) complete, independent script generation runs. This enables creators to script up to 3 distinct video projects per purchased license key.
• Non-Transferability: License keys are non-transferable and intended solely for the purchaser. Public sharing, reselling, or distribution of license keys across web forums or communities is strictly forbidden and results in immediate key revocation.
• 5 to 30 Min Video Length Customization: For Long Video generation, users may customize the target video runtime between 5 to 30 minutes, receiving pacing, timestamps, and section breakdowns tailored to that length.

4. Commercial Output Rights & Intellectual Property

User Commercial Ownership: You retain 100% unrestricted commercial ownership of all output generated using your license key—including video titles, 3-second hooks, word-for-word scripts, outlines, and SEO descriptions. You may film, monetize, sponsor, and publish this content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, or any platform worldwide without royalty obligations to Nurix Hive.

Platform Proprietary IP: Nurix Hive exclusively retains all intellectual property rights to the SaaS platform, codebase, Master System Prompts, user interface, brand assets, and algorithms. Users may not duplicate, reverse-engineer, or resell the Viral Script AI software architecture.

5. Acceptable Use, Abuse Prevention & Rate Limiting

Users agree not to utilize the platform for illegal, defamatory, abusive, or copyright-infringing content generation.

• Free tier usage is capped at 3 generations per IP address per 24 hours.
• Automated scraping, bot scripts, DDOS stress-testing, or attempts to bypass rate limits are strictly prohibited.
• Nurix Hive reserves the right to terminate access or block IP subnets involved in malicious activities without liability.

6. Algorithm Performance Disclaimer
